• Voucher Cashout: customers must email shop@cafe420.co.za to request a voucher cashout associated with their account.
• Proof of Account: Proof is required by using the same email address you signed up.
• Maximum Cashout Limit: You can only redeem up to 10% in voucher value at a time.
  (Example: If you’ve accumulated 20%, you’ll receive two separate 10% vouchers.)
• Voucher Validity: All vouchers are valid for up to 3 years from the date of issue.

📌 Voucher Usage Rules

To maintain fairness and consistency, the following rules apply:

• Only one issued voucher can be used per checkout – multiple vouchers issued cannot be combined on a single purchase.
• Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other voucher products. 
• Vouchers apply to regular-priced items only – vouchers are not valid for select sale items, bundles or promotional products.
