DEFINITION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

According to the Act ‘‘personal information’’ means information relating to an identifiable, living, natural person, and where it is applicable, an identifiable, existing juristic person.  Further to the POPI Act, we also include the following items as personal information:

  • All addresses including residential, postal and email addresses.
  • Change of name – for which we require copies of the marriage certificate or official change of name document issued by the state department.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

PRIVACY OF CHILDREN

We do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 18. In the case where we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this information from our servers.
